We moved from several states away so when we could be in town over a weekend, Teddy was willing to set aside a full day and a half to work with us before we had to leave. Teddy set up the appointments, offered advise about the different areas, answered questions about the value of the house under consideration, showed extreme patients answering the same questions multiple times, worked to represent us while negotiating, answered emails and phone calls immediately. Made sure we had help when selling the house several states away even though she did not get anything for her efforts for this. We would recommend Teddy to represent you on your next home purchase.
